The awarenessPlus Meditation Training Program consists of 10 sessions. 

Each  of first 9 sessions covers one of the 9 basic points of the training. 

After understanding the meaning of the nine points the student will be able to practice them singly or in combination. 

To combine all 9 points is to experience the totality of Full Consciousness, sometimes referred to as enlightenment.

The 9 points are a synergistic system, the basis for a sustainable spiritual practice. 

The goal of the practice is complete integration of the students mind and body into a conscious totality. 

This practical process is one of discovery, and the student will experience deep relaxation and relief from stress.
